This hack replaces Chiaotzu with Raditz, but he’s not only a cosmetic change. Raditz has been given a different power level (BP in the game) and new super attacks (those used with the special card). There are some balance adjusments to make him slightly stronger than Gohan, but his HP and Ki stats remain the same as Chiaotzu’s.
