An editor for Umihara Kawase (SNES) Field-/Phymap-Edit: – Left Click/Drag to Select. – Right Click to Paste. Use the proper program-tab to select the tile or collusion you like to draw. Show by toggeling the checkmarks. Level Header Editor: Use the “object_enemy_values.txt” to guide you a bit. May be share a guide for it once you used it more.
