This game needs some bug fix patches one for the issues related with the loading and another to fix the funds bug.
On regard to the translation patch, I couldn't run the game properly, so I couldn't check the translation - the game crashed on several emulators (note: the original game seems to have the same issues). I am guessing that BlackPaladin did a good job, as usual. I didn't like the Player's/CEO's name screen as it is though. I suppose that an easy solution has been adopted, replacing the Japanese characters by black tiles, however, now to confirm the name, we must keep moving right and suddenly the cursor disappears sort of behind the black tiles. It's working; it's functional indeed, but it's odd. So I am guessing there's the need of a third patch for that as well, to improve it.
