News Did The Impossible – Atari 2600’s Cosmic Commuter PAL-50Hz Conversion Hack.
let me just say though that converting this game from NTSC 60Hz to True PAL 50Hz wasn't an easy task. But some may say impossible to do. And well. I've kinda can say I made the impossible possible though Stella Debugger and checking the game's disassembly to help out where to go on that. It's also thanks to AtariAge user JetSetllly for helping out and advice too. Very playable on real hardware too.
