Nice compilation, I'd say if you really want this to be definitive you gotta add SRAM by BillyTime Games and imo Better Music & Audio by hagelbreaker

The SRAM patch has a small visual glitch that, although harmless, I think hurts the game’s presentation. Also, I can’t get it to work in Genesis Plus GX.
The Better Music & Audio patch changes the game too much.

If someone wants to combine patches for themselves, let them be. Keep your personal opinions for yourself.
