Exiting the top of that shop requires the [spoiler title=""]Lost Heart[/spoiler].
I've moved several [spoiler title=""]warps[/spoiler]/boathouses to prevent softlocks. I'm unsure which boathouse you're referring to as none originally led back to Lycanthus, and the one I added is right next to where the boat takes you.
 
Also I want to get back from Lycanthus but I can't as the bout house has disappeared.
 
Hi, I think this door here in the weapon shop in Patan should be open but I can't go through it.
