It would produce the least amount of controversy and no other English substitute really fit anyway. Even if I were to redact the term, it would require a major overhaul of the game truly change the nature of the game.As for left-leaning politics permeating the romhacking scene, this was very much a wider thing: it was an English-speaker thing, up until 2025. Overall, websites and the overall political realm was more left leaning. That's just how the world was at the time.As for the patch in question. This isn't like with WildBill or working designs where a game has politics added with no other option. This is an optional patch which you as a user can choose to ignore. If you don't like the Harvest Moon True Love hack or a censorship hack, no one is forcing you to play it. We may reach a point where hacks of this caliber have to be removed because they're no longer compliant with regulations with how things are going right now anyway. So this whole discussion may be moot in the end.</blockquote>
