This is an enhanced port of Mickey Mania that wasn’t released in the US likely because of Sony of America policy of limiting 2D game releases back in the day. The game runs at the same speed as the original game for SNES and Genesis. The TitleID was also changed from SCES-00163 to SCUS-00163.
