The SNES development board (SHVC-4PV5B-01) can accommodate four EPROMs. The PLD manages the EPROMs, but when all four EPROMs are installed, it is unclear whether the program is executing properly. If JAE IC sockets are installed, the pins on the solder side may bend, causing poor contact and potentially damaging the PLD or EPROMs. The EP330 PLD (4PV5B-0111) on the development board sequentially searches the data in the four EPROMs for a test program, but I cannot find it online. The EP330 is manufactured by Texas Instruments, and there is no ROM writer available to read this IC. Altera also offers an EP330, but it is unclear whether it is compatible. The EPROM memory map for this cartridge is “https://archive.org/details/SNESDevManual/book1/page/n43/mode/2up” and can be found on page 1-2-26.
