First post here. New to this community, but a long-time ROM hacker. Been hacking Sonic since 2012, and hacking Pokemon since 2019. I wanted to share the contest demo of Sonic Sudoku with you all. Sonic Sudoku (by RetroKoH and CCB357) DOWNLOAD FROM THE CONTEST PAGE But... if we can just download it from the contest page, why does this need a thread? Good question. For the benefit of those who might not be members of Sonic Retro or SSRG, I want to provide added details regarding bugs/issues with the contest build, as well as the future of this project. Known Bugs/Issues

Spring Yard 3 is impossible to complete, due to my negligence with adjusting level size to include the end-of-level post. If you do Puzzles 01 or 02, you'll need the Hint system (which costs rings to fill numbers randomly) to fill those numbers. Puzzle 00 does not require this level to be played.
Labyrinth 3's shortcut can lead to softlocking, or a glitch with the Results screen. The former can be escaped via Pause + A, and the latter is purely visual. Wait for a sound cue and spam START to return to the HUB.
A stack-related glitch (likely caused by board rendering) can crash the game. This does not always happen, but it's been known to happen. I apologize in advance.
Collected numbers CAN be overwritten if you accidentally collect the wrong one, but it's a bit difficult to not collect the wrong number. Just know that you CAN undo such a mistake, even if it's a hassle.
Plans for Future Development

I'm rebuilding the hack from the ground up on an updated version of S1Fixed, with more fixes, optimizations, engine features, and the Flamedriver for audio to prevent audio lag.
A more player-friendly HUB area, as well as a reworked number collection system, both of which will address the biggest complaints that people have had thus far.
A new Pause screen that shows the puzzle in its current state, making it easier for players to figure things out on the go.
A reworked Hint System is being considered, with more options for Ring Purchases, but this is not guaranteed as of yet.
New puzzle variations and difficulty modes will be added. (4x4, 6x6, for example).
I'm also implementing gamplay options like randomized monitors and the extended camera. Everything planned is already implemented in S1Fixed, and all I'd need to do is add a menu to house it all. One person suggested randomizing the locations of the numbers, and that is also being considered as a gameplay option.
Alternate level layouts by CCB357.
