The only real change in the game is a new alternate character colour change when pressing start in ”Hyper Mode” and the character colour schemes are all switched around in both ”Champion” and ”Hyper” modes. Stef’s clear PCM and FX fix patch is added as well as Yoni’s Zangief tempo fix patch. The region lockout has been removed to make the game region-free and the checksum is fixed.
