Yeah you've patched it to the wrong ROM. The instructions clearly state which patch needs which ROM.

''Inside the ZIP file you’ll find the IPS patch, it is in Lunar IPS format and V1 needs to be patched to the (Europe,USA) version and V2 needs to be patched to the (Japan, Korea) version''.

You've patched V2 to the (USA/Europe) ROM when it needs patching to the Japan/Korean ROM.
