The Fire Bros. were never in the ice world in SMB3, in later games I can't remember which one, there's fire bros. in the ice world and when they spit fireballs they can thaw frozen munchers. I did this to see if it works and it does, but one thing... **When you back travel, Munchers appear where they're not supposed to.** Feel free to use this in your hack, and there's patches for both PRG0 and PRG1 versions.
