No translation so far.
I understand that the SAT version was released some time after the PSX one, and some extra content was added.

Saturn hacking isn't too common, but you might find some translation help if you show progress across a few sites.

Currently, I am thinking of working on a Sega Saturn version called Suikoden, the last hope, but wait for a team to translate it and then work on it.
I have put a topic in the forum that you referred to, but there is no reply or interaction, unfortunately......... "
I don't think randomly asking for translating a game is a good idea.
What do you think is the solution?
I don't know, but making a thread just to request a translation is not allowed as far as I'm aware.
