This simple patch unlocks the Green Ranger in Scenario Mode from the beginning, and the Evil Green Ranger in Battle Mode by default.

This patch calls the updated character selection screen from the beginning, whereas the game normally only loads it after defeating the Green Ranger in Scenario Mode.
