Modifications are as follows:
This version features extensive core-level modifications designed to deliver a fresh experience:
1. Character Overhaul: The original starting quartet has been replaced by popular characters—Kid, Captain, Mummy, and Ninja.
2. Combat System Revamp: A "Special Move" system has been implemented. Accumulating 20 "hit points" (displayed above the health bar) allows for a "Forward + A" special move, while accumulating 50 points enables a "Dash + A" special move, recreating the authentic arcade feel.
3. New Final Boss: The boss of the final stage has been changed from Shiva to Goenitz (from *The King of Fighters '96*), offering a fresh take on the ultimate showdown.
· This is a modified version of the original Mega Drive (Genesis) game and is compatible with emulators across all platforms.
Added the BGM from the first stage of *Captain Commando*.
