Patch is not working for me, using Floating IPS on the correct CRC ROM as listed here and it just boots to a red screen, and if I fix the checksum it just corrupts and freezes during the intro.

This is not the full game patch, it is a patch for the romhack itself meaning that you first need to patch SOR2 with the original Shredder's Re-Revenge patch, and then apply this Voice Fix patch afterwards.
Since the Shredder's Re-Revenge romhack is not on this website, I'm including a link to the romhacking.net page. https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/7399/
I have verified that that if you first patch SOR2 with the romhacking.net file, and then apply the patch from this page, the game will work with the updated voice clips. If you don't want to play with the updated voice clips, then you do not need to update the game with the patch on this page, the game will already work.
